OVERVIEW  Welcome to Yashen Machinery. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our industrial machinery and equipment ("Services"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SECTION 1 - B2B TRANSACTION NATURE Please note that our Services are primarily intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business entity and that you are purchasing our products for professional or industrial use.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & ACCURACY We strive to display our machinery specifications, dimensions, and performance data as accurately as possible. However, given the nature of industrial manufacturing, minor variations in product appearance or technical parameters may occur. Yashen Machinery reserves the right to modify specifications for product improvements without prior notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PAYMENTS All orders are subject to acceptance by Yashen Machinery. For international orders, payments are typically processed via wire transfer or other mutually agreed-upon methods. Production and shipment will commence upon receipt of the confirmed deposit or full payment as per our proforma invoice.

SECTION 4 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Yashen Machinery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Yashen Machinery is registered.
